Easy Beef Sirloin Steak (বাংলা) Recipe || Petuk Couple's Kitchen

Making beef steak is absolutely easy and anyone can make at their kitchen. You just need a few things to make it perfect.
Good Quality Steak Cut is absolutely necessary.
Black pepper
Salt
Butter & Oil
Flip every 1 min and cook for 6-8 mins and follow the rule of thumbs to get this perfectly cooked steak.
We bought this Sirloin steak from Bengal Meat. But we like the Rib Eye steak the most. Because rib eye consists of more fat and for that reason, rib eye is softer than this sirloin cut.
In future InShaAllah, we will try to make sauce and also rib eye steak.

bhaiya, if the meat is not imported from USA or western countries then it is really dangerous to eat a half cook meat in Bangladesh. In our subcontinent, we have tapeworms in beef. So not cooking the meat thoroughly may make you sick. in USA they dont have this problem and all the other pathogens in their meat cant penetrate meat and stays on the surface. that's why it is safe there to eat rare or medium stake there. but doing the same thing in Bangladesh is like playing Russian roulette with your well being.
