Thank you so much for this video. It's clear, thorough and easy to follow along with :-) I couldn't work out where the cable from the AMS went as the instructions don't show that, they just says insert the data cable. You gained a sub

Great instructive video, can you do one for the onboard software please..

Thanks, dude. This is very helpful and covered things that their set up video didn’t mention.

n/m - I stand corrected. You edited out the part where you connected the five-hole tube clip. As I scroll back, it *magically* appears in your video, where the edit point is at about the 9:11 mark. During the calibration test, it about ripped that tube out, as a result. I've every confidence that wasn't a deliberate miss, but it was a big one. Recommend editing the video. Had I just followed this guide and walked away during the 20m tests, I'd likely have a destroyed printer.

Finally a great assembly video 😅

I watched your video and it was so clear and informative so thank you for us newbies. I’m watching it again with my printer in front of me to assemble it, however, my bed is not sliding forward, it’s fixed and will not move so can you please let me know what I’m doing wrong. Also, is there another video setting up the AMS lite with the actual spools that you can link to this video? Where did you insert that 5th tube for the sample PLA? Please show us that. Thank you. PS. I discovered that I had to remove the four screws from the red outline areas in the bottom of the flatbed in order for my bed to slide forward so that I could maneuver the bed to secure the screws.

Thank you, I’m glad I could help! I can definitely make a video talking about the AMS lite and some tips I can share. As for the external spool (sample filament) you just have to disconnect one of the 4 ams tubes to use the 5th one. Until I find a better solution for that… thanks again!

I’m curious.. what is the knob on the backside of the base, beside the power cord? Mine has that knob as well, but I can’t seem to figure out what it’s for.
@thinkable3D3 күн бұрын
@@SLIPPYSLIPS its designed to protect the power cord in case the cord were to be bent against a wall. The original A1 had a problem with the cord, but they fixed it.
