Your very welcome thanks for watching!!!! As for the wine in the marinade it would be fine to simply just skip as the key purpose for this is to remove some of the funk of the lamb. If anything else you could replace the wine with some grated red onion juice which would also work to achieve that! Many thanks again!!!
