2 kilos Pig's lungs boiled until tender and diced
1 cup carrots diced
1/4 cup annatto powder
3 tbsp vinegar
2 tbsp crushed pepper
2 tbsp ginger minced
1 large red onion minced
5 cloves garlic minced
10 pieces laurel leaves
2 tbsp cooking oil
1 cup of water
Fish sauce to taste
