I forgot to mention that but, You Use HOF and as soon as he drops the arrow USE YOUR E MOVE, do this when scr is already at jotaro location though, sometime its works and fails, you have to keep trying till he is standing still.

If you get a friend to use HoF z and do nothing while targetted by deku, he will run away because he thinks a move will happen This allows for you to attack deku without him doing anything and if he starts running into the HoF user, force him to parry / break his block by hitting him with a block break or last m1 Good luck 👍

fr but you can block it and it don't put you in combat when you block it I think.

Just get an alt account in another side of a building, make Deku target that account, and use HOHE's Infinite Helix from far away, it takes about 20 minutes if you have boss raid
