Ingredients:-
1. Tuvar Dal- 1/2 Cup
2. Big Onion- 2 (Medium Size)
3. Potato- 1 Big
4. Carrot- 1 Big
5. Tomato- 2 (Medium Size)
6. Ripe Pumpkin- 1 Big Piece
7. Green Chillies or Sambar Chillies- 2 Big
{All vegetables to be cut into big square pieces}
Other Ingredients:-
1. Turmeric Powder- 1/2 Tsp
2. Kashmir Chilli Powder- 2 Heaped Tsp
3. Coriander Powder- 2 1/2 Heaped Tsp
4. Tamarind- 1 Small Lemon Size
{Water for soaking Tamarind- 2 cups}
5. Asafoetida Powder- 1/2 Tsp
6. jaggery (grated)- 1 tbs
7. Fenugreek Powder- 1/4 Tsp
8. Salt- According To Taste
9. Coriander Leaves- 1/2 Cup (Chopped)
10. Additional Water- 2 Cups
Tempering:-
1. Coconut Oil- 1 1/2 Tbs
2. Mustard Seeds- 1 Tsp
3. Cumin Seeds- 1/2 Tsp
4. Dry Red Chillies- 4 To 5
5. Curry Leaves- 2 Sprigs

നല്ല സ്നേഹമുള്ള അമ്മ..,😍😘 മോളെ കണ്ടിട്ടും പാവം കുട്ടിയാണെന്ന് തോന്നുന്നു..😍 സംസാരവും പെരുമാറ്റവുമെല്ലാം കണ്ടിട്ട് രണ്ടുപേരും പരസ്പരം നല്ല സ്നേഹത്തിലാണെന്നു മനസ്സിലായി. അടുക്കള ജോലിയും ഭക്ഷണം പാകം ചെയ്യലും മരുമോളുടെ മാത്രം കാര്യമാണെന്ന് കരുതി,ഭക്ഷണം കഴിക്കാൻ വേണ്ടിമാത്രമായിട്ട് അടുക്കളയിൽ കയറുന്ന അമ്മായിഅമ്മമാരുണ്ട് അതുപോലെ,അമ്മായിഅമ്മ എണീറ്റുവരുന്നതിനു മുന്നെ മരുമകൾ അടുക്കളയിൽ കയറി ജോലി തുടങ്ങിയിട്ടില്ലെങ്കിൽ അതിന്റെ പേരിൽ വാളെടുക്കുന്നവരും ഉണ്ട്.അവരാണ് ഇതൊക്കെ ആദ്യം കാണേണ്ടത്.കണ്ടു പഠിക്കട്ടെ അവരൊക്കെ ഈ അമ്മയെ....😍😘 മോള് വരുന്നതിനു മുന്നെ അടുക്കളയിൽ കയറി food ഉണ്ടാകുകയു(അതും ജോലിക്കു പോകാനുണ്ടായിട്ടു കൂടി) മോളു വരുമ്പോ എന്തു നല്ല സ്നേഹത്തിൽ പെരുമാറുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു. തന്റെ ഇഷ്ടത്തേക്കാൾ മോന്റെയും മരുമോളുടെയും ഇഷ്ടങ്ങളെ കുറിച്ചു വാചാലയാവുകയും അവരുടെ ഇഷ്ടങ്ങൾക് കൂടുതൽ പരിഗണന കൊടുക്കുകയും ചെയ്യുന്നു.മോൾക്കിഷ്ടമുള്ള മുളകാപൊടിയൊക്കെ ഉണ്ടാക്കികൊടുക്കുന്നത് കണ്ടില്ലേ..എന്നും ഇതുപോലെ സ്നേഹത്തിലും സന്തോഷത്തിലും കഴിയാൻ ഭാഗ്യമുണ്ടാകട്ടെ,അതിനു ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ.... എനിക്ക് സങ്കടംവരുന്നു ചേച്ചീ...😥.ഈ അമ്മയുടെ മരുമോളായി ജനിക്കാൻ കഴിഞ്ഞില്ലല്ലോ എന്നോർത്തു.ചേച്ചിയുടെ സ്നേഹവും അനുഭവിക്കാം നല്ല രുചിയുള്ള ഫുഡും കഴിക്കാം😀.എനിക്ക് അനുമോളോട് കുശുമ്പ് തോന്നുന്നു(ചുമ്മാതാട്ടോ..). നിങ്ങളുടെ ഈ സ്നേഹം എന്നും ഇതുപോലെ നിലനിൽക്കട്ടെ,ചേച്ചിയെയും കുടുംബത്തെയും ദൈവം അനുഗ്രഹിക്കട്ടെ.... നിങ്ങളുടെ കുടുംബത്തിനു മേൽ ഒരു അസൂയാലുക്കളുടെയും കണ്ണ് തട്ടാതിരിക്കട്ടെ...ഞാൻ പ്രാർത്ഥിക്കാം.....lov u....,😍😍😘😘

Tried and came out really well. The Masala powders measurements are on point. It's better than putting store brought sambar Masala powder . Adding jaggery , asafetida and fenugreek powder is crucial. I had only potato and carrots with me and still came out very well.
