👉INGREDIENTS:
1 cup buckwheat flour
2 cups bread flour
1 tsp kosher salt
2 tsp active dry yeast
1 cup warm milk
1 cup warm water
👉INSTRUCTIONS :
To a bowl add warmed milk and yeast . Mix well ,and set aside for 10 minute.
To a glass large bowl ,add bread flower,buckwheat flour and salt. Mix well , then add the milk mixture and the water . Combine everything well .
Cover, and let the dough rest at the room temperature for 2 hours.
Add parchment paper to the dutch pot.Transfer the dough to the pot . Cover with a towel and let rise for 30 minutes.
Bake in the oven at 375F for 35 to 40 minutes,covered.
Take the lid off and bake 5-10 additional minutes,or until golden brown .Enjoy!
