This is a good video! We have been doing a lot of this. Using tomato paste for tomato soup, tomato juice, chili, etc. Have cut up leftover hamburgers and turned them into tacos. This inflation teaches creativity. 2 tablespoons of flaxseed and is supposed to be equivalent to an egg for baking. Heard that on Joyfully Thriving channel.

This was a great video. I liked reviewing older videos and what you would do differently now. Great idea, do more!! Fork or spoon depends on how much you want in a bite and are you in a hurry.😅

What is leftover hamburgers? I make 4 at a time. Dinner (he eats 2, I eat one. Both with tomatoes and lettuce. Cheese varies (today I used queso, last time was American). Then he gets one for the next days lunch. I cook something totally different the next day, then I make 4 more burgers with different stuff like bbq sauce and bacon then some veg on the side. Usually make burgers every other week, more often turkey than beef, but…I do put onions, peppers and occasionally chopped up carrots in the turkey. Again switching up the condiments and cheeses. A Hawaiian bbq is SO good on turkey burgers!

Question: do you keep plain bread crumbs as a pantry staple? If so, perhaps reserve just a bit of the cheddar, mix some of the bread crumbs with your homemade taco seasoning, put the mac and cheese in a casserole dish, top with reserved cheese and bread crumb mixture and bake. It might make for a nice twist on the recipe.

Hello Mindymom,i think it is always a great idea to go back and revisit recipes that have been submitted in a video. That way one can determine whether that recipe is still a great keeper in today's grocery expense. Also along one's journey we learn a thing or two and experiment with healthier options to make a new and improved dish. We have by now, i would think, gotten fluid with substitute foods to fill a gap for items that are not available. I know i have! Great review video and tidy up! Thanks.🎉
