Amari Butter Cookie Recipe:
All purpose flour - 250gms or 2 cups
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Unsalted Butter - 200 gms or 1 cup
Sugar - 115 gms or 1/2 cup
Egg - medium size 1 pce
Vanilla essence - 1/2 teaspoon
