What I recommend doing these prep missions is: -Once you got the intel on the island, when you start the heist, drive your Kosatka onto the sand area so its easier when you come back from doing the other prep missions, you can just park your oppressor on top of it and if it falls, it will fall to the sand and not water. -Do the 3 equipment first (Torch, Fingerprint cloner and safe code) because they are all in the city and its fast with the oppressor. -Do the weapons prep after -Leave the submarine prep for last and once you start that one fast travel near the place the submarine is so its easier and faster -Once you complete the submarine prep, just start the heist from where you fast travelled Sorry if some stuff is hard to understand due to bad english xd

If you don’t have a oppressor mkll of sparrow, you can also use the free agency helicopter. You can park it ok the front on your submarine but it has to be in line with the middle of the sub, if that’s too difficult you can park at the back but you’ll have to walk over to the heist screen.

you can park your oppressor on the kosatka, but you have to park it above the two squares that are painted near the front entrance of the submarine and you have to land your opressor in upright position, its really easy and my opressor hasnt been destroyed once since i learned about this, just googled it couple of days ago, lol

Little tip for the location of the power box. If you see a guard nearby the tower on the map the box will most likely be somewhere on the top, if there isn't a guard by the tower then the box will be on the bottom.

The minigame works as follows: The Square with a vertical line through it isnumber x1 (ie: 9 x 1 = 9). The Horizontal line with 2 diagonal lines through it is number x2, the X is number times 10. Chose a number, then chose the relevant symbol to get 3 totals that will add up to the required total.

Using a silenced AP Pistol you can shoot the door open and pop the first guy in the head without the alarm sounding, then pop the 2 guys talking with a head shot each, Finally take out the guy at the computer. The others won’t notice you, just walk in and out. Note: The helicopters with still chase you even without setting off the alarm.

Okay, I'm surprised you made the Kosatka mission very difficult. The way to do it is Fast Travel the sub to the closest spot to the yellow dot. Then don't get out of your sub yet, instead Drive the sub to the yellow dot area. Once you are basically at the boats and helicopter, submerge the sub and position the sub close to the target sub based on the yellow entry you should be able to see; you can submerge earlier and drive underwater, but most of the locations have rocks you'll have to go around and it is harder to see. Engage the auto-pilot, otherwise the sub will surface and you'll have to drive again to submerge. Exit and get up and use the Style menu to swap to your Scuba outfit, which hopefully you previously saved, because it is super useful to have available as an Outfit. Proceed to get the Scanner after swimming to the sub and taking the guys out and then when you exit the sub you should have a brief swim to your Kosatka (I use the front tower entrance, but any will do) which will be done before the global signal has even gone off. Now, load up a new private session and your sub should be sitting at Vespucci to do the rest of the Preps. Drive the sub close to shore if you want easier return access, though I always land the Sparrow back in the sub so it doesn't save much time to have the sub closer to shore. Extra advice. I recommend always topping up your FREE food on the sub before a PREP mission and after every enemy kill where you took damage, top up your health. If you really don't like getting shot by the guys in the blind spots on the scanner sub, toss a grenade into those rooms to clear them. BTW, if you feel compelled to have a full loot bag, but the items in the glitch room and upstairs do not have enough to fill the bags, then scope the hanger by your plane back at the airport after getting yourself caught or killing yourself by jumping off the tower during the Gather Intel after you've looked at the loot on the security cameras. You'll have to get the Longfin instead of the Kosatka for the heist and hit the airport hanger before going to the underwater entry and proceeding. Actually, I don't know that you can't take the Kosatka to the airport and then back to the underwater entrance, because I haven't tried. Anyone know? Also, nobody should ever do Merryweather for the weapons. Simply join a new private session until you get one of the buildings other than Merryweather as shown in the video. I disagree about landing on the roof of the building for the weapon mission for the reason that if you manage to blow up your helicopter, assuming you are using the Sparrow or the enemy helicopters that show up when you leave blow up your helicopter and /or kill you then you are looking at having your weapons package sitting on top of the building with no easy way to reach the package! So, just use the Homing Missiles or other to kill the enemies on the ground and then when you exit, run and get away fast in your helicopter or other vehicle and even if you die somehow the package will be on the ground. Note the buttons for the various actions above like eating food while you have a weapon equipped, engaging auto-pilot, drive, etc. are different for each platform, so I didn't put the controls mapping after each action. If you don't know them, just ask.

If you don’t have the scuba suit as a saved outfit (which if anyone doesn’t then you should) you can put on the scuba suit from inside the submarine. It’s on the wall in the room between the Sparrow and heist setup room.

For sourcing the kosataka you can also fast travel to the nearest location to where the test site is and just drive it on top of it. Doing this saves you from flying all the way back to los santos and the helicopters that come to attack you won’t show up until you climb on top of your kosataka :)

Scuba suit is just a must have outfit for doing Cayo. No need to bother with any rebreathers plus you swim waaay faster. Always launch the weapon load out mission with your Kosatka located at Elysiam Island. If you get the Merriweather mission, just blow up the heli on the roof with your Kosatka Cruise Missiles to end/fail the mission then just quickly relaunch the weapons mission. You can spam between your missile launch stations to avoid the cool down, if you keep getting Merriweather

I always have my sub in Elysian island so whenever I get the Merryweather mission for the weapons prep I use the guided missiles in the sub to destroy the helicopter on top of the hanger. This saves a lot of time than switching to a new session each time.

Another tip for the Kosatka mission - jump to the nearest location near the Marryweather Test Cite, go underwater and drive Kosatka to another submarine, turn on autopilot and go out from your submarine. This will save you a lot of time, especially on returning to your Kosatka without being killed

Always grab the cutting powder call there is one located at the cannabis field in that shed before you get to where the secondary targets are almost directly across from it call if not there’s another spot on where they’re cutting Coco or at the main dock there will be a greenhouse directly behind in the spot where the secondary targets are right before the water tower by putting it in it completely weakens the guard and cuts Their reaction time down making it easier for to Take them out efficiently

10:48 the kosatka mission. take your own sub and fast travel to closest point. Drive you own sub to the testsite. use your own sub to kill 3 boats and 1 heli. Drive your sub on top of the site and dive down. when you got the scanner got to the surface to you sub and done. no heli chasing you :)

I would recomend using jobwarps. Its quite easy to setup, and it will take off a lot of time flying wherever you need to go. Also you cannot jobwarp if you have anything on you. for example the fingerprint scanner will not jobwarp with you.

I've learned if you start the prep mission to get your weapons, you can avoid following the helicopter if you start the mission in submarine in the northern part of the map, then just fast travel to the closest point to do the weapons mission that's in the building. Even if you do this mission completely stealthed out you will still have to unlock the weapon locker through the computer. I always do this mission from the top of the building

-Park your Kosatka at Elysian Island. There is, near the point to deliver the Longfin, a small Ponton (Red Crane, left of the point where the longfin is delivered) there can you park your Opressor easyly and you can immediately jump onto the Kosatka and back. -Always use the Longfin as a vehicle. This way you are much more flexible. -Always register as MC Pres. So you can call the Opressor directly to you. -Once you've cleared everything up on the island, let the guards catch you and quickly take you back to the plane Normally i do the complete Heist in around 60min.

Also for the kosatka setup if u do it and the prep when ur getting the plane I recommend use the fast travel to the closest location and drive ur sub for the sub mission and ur heli to the plane which you’ll be less then a mile out saves me time

For hacking the comm tower, it's a math puzzle Each of the right-hand terminals you connect to will be a multiplier - sometimes 1x, or 3x, 10x, etc The goal is to match the target voltage up top

After you gather Intel do approach vehicle kosatka or longfin. For kosatka park you submarine near the Merryweather submarine then do the weapon loadout. If the loadout location is Merryweather join new session until you get location which is not Merryweather then park/crash you sub to Vespucci beach. Get the weapons,plasma, fingerprint and torch. For disruption just join a new session once you start, it will automatically complete.

For the kosatka approach i always use the toreodor. Use fast travel to get close and park the toreodor beneath the npc sub. So it not going to the service. If you do it good it will be stil there when you exit the sub and you derect go back to the moonpool. In this way you stay under water and be relatif save for the npc heli. And always do the cutting torch. In this way you do not have to look for the bolt cutter. And open all chain locks.

You could always fast travel ur sub to the other subs location and drive it closer to the choper and 3 boats and use ur sub to take them all out… drive closer to the sub and u can exit out of urs from under ur sparrow… swim down… grab the jammer and swim right back to ur sub and mission over.. way faster and u don’t have to worry bout the other choppers that come in… also if u use the long fin u can grab ur secondary loot 1st during the heist which makes it super easy and faster

Here’s a tip for the Kosatka Source mission. When clearing out the submarine, shoot your Atomizer around the corner into rooms where enemies are. They’ll fall and then you can safely enter and finish them off. (Or just use explosives)

I put my submarine over Meryweather's, I use the torpedoes or missiles to destroy the heli and the 3 rafts... that makes it faster. Inside the submarine I use RPG to move quickly and avoid a surprise npc appearing out of nowhere😅. I really enjoy your videos amd I love the Tacos too 🌮 💕😂

I fell off the motorbike after I'd ridden by the little beach area just after leaving the airstrip and I could not find it in the undergrowth. The motorbike is by far the best way to get to the communications tower, but there is absolutely no need to rush it at all if you're not entirely sure of your route. job warping is good for the longfin only if u have the phantom wedge though, plasma cutter and cloner are also good time savers for job warps, when u have scouted everything in intel mission just join new session with spawn location set to sub do the same again after longfin if you get safe code as soon as you retrieve the code blow yourself up then u can join new session back at your sub too (although if i get safe code i usually do that after everything else so i can just crack on with the finale)

Use the sparrow for sure. When you're goin for Intel when you get in missle range always shoot the group of guys in the middle first. Wait a sec and the guys by the plane will go over by the suv and you can kill the rest with one shot. It doesn't work at Lago zancudo tho

when you are doing the submarine you can fast travel to the location and then drive your kasatka over meriwethers kasatka and shoot the boats and helicopters with misiles. you shoot the helicopter with E and then exsit the bothem of your submarine and go inn.

Nice, I didn't know about the start new session to send you back to the Kosatka, and to get the safe code I never went to the garage for the key card, I just went up to the room and killed everyone, for the fingerprint scanner I take out the cameras that way no helicopters come after you grab it and fly back to the sub, anytime I don't kill the cameras helis or cars come after me when you exit the door, funny I go guns blazing (sparrow missiles)at the other construction sites and the house I stealth it, because the house is the easiest, I just walk up grab the yellow helmet from the driveway before anyone at the house sees you and then get the torch. The start new session technique will definitely cut my time down especially if the weapons one is Merryweather, I hate following the helicopter from the south all the way to the top of the map.... Very helpful video! I'm really good at the cayo perico setup, but I watched this for some ideas. Personally I find it easier to use a longfin and go to the airstrip. I prefer non glitches in my playful. Also I think it's faster beaching the Kostaka and using an Opresser.

On the submarine setup I fast travel close and drive it into the yellow circle and just dive to it grab it and jump right back into the sub it’s a lot faster and use your telescope to kill the helicopter and boats!!

Use the submarine fast travel option to cut down on travel time. A mission wants you to go to Paleto and you're in the city? Use the sub. Only $2000. Saves a lot of time. And for the safe code, if you own the Penthouse you get to skip the parking garage step

If you really don’t want the helicopters chasing you in the kosatka prep you can just call a dinghy that will spawn very near (interaction menu -> services -> kosatka -> request dinghy) you jump in it, get the rpg or any type of missile explode 6/7 helicopters and from there no one will chase you

It looks like you already kinda do it but what I recommend to do with the kosatka source mission is to fast travel right next to it, then choose the “drive” option and go near it, then press right on the d-pad and you will do into your periscope, then if you hold down left trigger you can lock on to the heli and boats (have to be close enough to them for it to work) then drive your kosatka right over the sub and then go inside. Just a little tip that saves time😊

Fastest organization of missions Ok after scout set sub spawn point find new session You should Spohn in by the airport hit the weapons start mission (It increases the chances of the office building mission and if not you can fire a predator missile or fly out and shoot MW heli with your sparrow before going in to office call sub it should surface by the pier for faster speed moves Next start whatever three preps for main target After I do the armor and weapons if I’m going to be taking a crew Just in case Final thing I do is grab the long fin because regardless if you have the phantom wedge it is the easiest mission ever and if you’re solo or have a team you can navigate anywhere you want quickly for the elite challenge as soon as you deliver to the docks and get close call the sub deliver call for the sparrow fly in you’re already ready to go

14:34 Yeah this game really dosent like u fighting enemys that are on your right side. This game is in desperat need of a shoulder swap system i think its called. Becouse the camera is always on your right side your caracter can stand well past the corner but the camera dosent so u can get killed in tight spaces very easy before u even have a chans to fire back. That prep mission is especially brutal becouse of that. 1 thing u can do is to go into 1st person to push the camera forward but its still less then ideal. Also the best way i have found to get to and from that sub is to fast travel your sub close to it and then take manuel control, submerge the sub and then drive it close to the other sub. That way u can just exit the sub directly under water and swim straight over to the other sub and back again after its done. That way u dont even have to bother with the enemy heli or the boats. A usefull thing to know if your running low on armore and have to run through the entire sub is u can break that crate 15:41 and that 1 will 100% of the times hold a fresh set of armore. There is another 1 near the entrance that holds ammo "i think" and a 3rd at the very end that i´m not sure whats in it.

In the kosatka prep just fast travel and then I drive the kosatka to the search point

I bought the sub like a month ago and still haven't been able to do the heist, I can't even finish the first intel setup, once I get to the part on the tower where I hack the cameras my character does the animation at the box but nothing happens and it's just stuck like that, I've tried like 30 times it happens every time

I just fast travel then drive my kosatka to the site then use its missile to kill the chopper and the boats then dive down grab the item then swim up to my kosatka. This way i dont deal with enemies going back.
