+Runj Obhan ideally all purpose flour/maida is the best to use and i gave a healthy alternative which is atta or whole wheat flour!i haven't tried the taste of corn flour in this recipe but i suppose it can be used to make the sauce..u can also try fine semolina or suji!do try the recipe and let me know what exactly u used and how it turned out!happy cooking!
