•2lb (1kg) Chicken Boneless
•1 Large Onion
•Handful Fresh Coriander
•4-5 green Chilies
•1tbsp GingerPaste
•1tbsp Garlic paste
•1tbsp Coriander powder
•1tsp Garam masala powder
•1tbsp Chilli flakes
•2tsp Salt or as you taste
•1tbsp Cumin powder
•1tsp Black pepper powder
•1tbsp Red chili powder
•2tbsp Mayonnaise
•2tbsp Lemon juice
•1-2 Bread slices / breadcrumbs
•Oil for shallow frying
Cashew Paste
• 1/2 cup Oil from Kofta
•1 large Onion sliced
•15 Cashews
•4-5 Green chilies
Curry preparation
•1tbsp Ginger garlic paste
•6 green Cardamom
•2 small Bay leaves
•7 Cloves
•15 Black pepper corn
•1tsp White pepper powder
•1tbsp Coriander powder
•1tsp Cumin powder
•Salt as you taste
•1tsp Garam masala
•250g Yogurt
•200ml Fresh Cream
•Water as needed
•1tbsp dried Fenugreek leaves ( sohki meathi)
•2tbsp fresh Coriander
•1tsp Black pepper powder
For Garnish
•2tbsp Kofta oil
•1 Onion sliced
•2 green Capsicum
• Fresh cream for final touch
