Salt as per taste
Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder - 2 tsp
Oil For Shallow Fry
Oil 3 tbsp (for Manchurian)
Onion Petals - 1
Grated Ginger - 1 tbsp
Grated Garlic - 1 tbsp
Green Chillies - 4
Red & Green Capsicunm - 1/2
Pepper Powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt as per taste

Soya Sauce - 1 tbsp(optional)
