Thank you ❤️ I am happy to be back. Yes, the cake was yum yum. I love my bananas very ripe, black all over. Black to an extent if you leave them for 1more minute, they'll rot😂😂 This is because the riper they are, the sweeter they become, ensuring i use very little sugar.

You need a scale for accurate measurements. You measure the mixture before or after baking the cake using a weighing scale.
