As a youngster, I used to love chocolate covered raisins (and peanuts). I'll be 55 years old on 11th May so am thinking of making a batch of these as a birthday present to myself. Thanks for sharing this recipe. ALSO, please, please, please can you do a MINI moist ginger cake recipe?
