Easy Christmas Cookies

These simple holiday cake mix cookies are sure to please all of your holiday guests. The chocolate fudge icing and crushed peppermint candy canes add the perfect festive touch. Recipe below:
CHOCOLATE CANDY CANE COOKIES:
1 box devils food cake, cake mix
2 eggs
1/3 cup oil
Stir until just moistened. Roll into 1 - 2 inch balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake in preheated oven @350 degrees for 7-9 minutes.
CHOCOLATE ICING:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons cocoa powder
1/4 cup milk
Mix well. Bring to a roaring boil for 1 minute, stirring constantly. Beat with mixer for 3 minutes to thicken. While still warm, spread on cookies and top with crushed candy canes. Enjoy!
