This is really good. An interesting and enjoyable tune that is achievable. One gets slightly despondent listening to finger blistering tunes from the greats that would be fantastic to play but are so out of reach :)

Hello! I bought the pdf, but is in a different key, different from the video. Is there any chance you could send it to me in the key from the video?

im a begin to theory but been playing over 20 years guitar and some piano, can't read music anyway u can help as i play along by ear but really want to read
@jonmusicia25955 жыл бұрын
I got the same problem as you. It's called The Musical Ear A natural gift to play anything you heard as good as if not better than who originally did it.
@jennyoyster50545 жыл бұрын
Jon Musicia that is a God given gift....I wish I had that but I’ll just stick to reading music, lol.

What blues scale does this line up with?
@evanericksonmusic6 жыл бұрын
Ryan Canada looking at the notes + key signature, seems like G blues with some additional G# thrown into the mix
@DBK4156 жыл бұрын
Concert E flat blues. Switches to F at 0:40-1:18 than back to E flat. Key signature is written in F Major. Clarinet generally sound the note a full step down.

How do you play the part of the 0:15? Am I a noob? I mean, it has a Bb and then a Ab, Idk how to do that on my clarinet that fast, is there a easy way?
@samuelcristea41963 жыл бұрын
There might be easier fingerings, but the sidekey-Bb and pinkiekey-Ab is the way to go. It takes some time but you'll get it soon enough, keep practicing! Let me know if you have any other questions.
@CronobBoy3 жыл бұрын
@@samuelcristea4196 I dink know anything about a sidekey Bb, damn I need to learn it, to do the Bb I use the pointing finger in the hole and the middle finger in a small "lever" (I think) next to the point finger hole, is that what you meant?
@samuelcristea41963 жыл бұрын
@@CronobBoy Lol I know exactly what you are talking about. This is the Bb I'm talking about has the same fingerings but instead of playing the little "lever" (I always say banana key xD) you take that finger off and play the bottom side key (you should see 4 buttons on the right hand side of the clarinet) with your right hand. If you don't know what I'm talking about, visit www.wfg.woodwind.org/clarinet/cl_bas_2.html and look for the Bb fingering (first one). You're using the trill fingering :) Hope this helps.
@CronobBoy3 жыл бұрын
@@samuelcristea4196 wooow yeahhh I know what you're talking about, thaaaank so muuuch!!! I didn't know about that Bb but now I'm gonna be able to play this easily, I was already quiting on this sheet music and clarinete at all, thank you so much dude, you helped me a lot, I appreciate you replying to my comment, thanks a lot 😁😁😁

Easy? 😟😭

I do say the top part is for a more experienced player in the description. The lower part is pretty easy if tackled chunk by chunk at a slower speed! cheers
