This has been great. I am a Maketember fan! I like how your items have a similar look so it would be easier to sell a "kitchen set". So far, my favorite is the kid's knife. That was awesome and easily customizable

I like so many others will miss my daily dose of Makember but my X50 Journeyman is currently omits way to me in Aus. I have purchased all of your files and am trying to get to grips with Vcarve Pro and I reckon it will take me 12 months to work my way through all the projects. Its been great!

Cool vid series! Hey, don't forge t you can use your CNC router to do the finishing for you--- do a 2-sided operation, cut a chamfer (or roundover) ON the lines on both sides, then cut the inside/outside profiles (to depth MINUS depth of chamfer). Boom, [almost] no sanding (if you do a 0.004-0.002" chip load)! 🍺🎃👍

Another great project. Suggestion...maybe make a small recess / lip on the curved edge so the strainer sits on the pot without slipping. I don't have a CNC yet, so I don't know the logistics behind this, but I think it'd make the strainer more user friendly! Just my 2 cents :)

I'll miss the daily videos. It's been fun to watch and a bit of a motivator. I think a video on shipping would go over well. There are a lot of small costs that add up that should be factored in even when using the flat rate boxes.

IDC carries CNC drill bits that don't require pecking. That might be a way to do holes instead of slots. It may be faster to make, and the holes may let fewer things through, too. I've ordered the smaller bit (1/8) from them for a cribbage board, but haven't tried it yet. I believe their other size is 1/4".

Yep, I've been using them this past year and they have saved me a bunch on shipping and there was no up front costs. Just sign up and start getting the discounts. It also tied into my website commerce site without hassle to pull in orders and send out the shipping notifications to the customer. Very slick!

Yes I use it for all my shipments not that aren’t from Etsy orders and about half of my international orders. They seem to be about the same as Etsy internal discounted shipping. 🤷🏼‍♂️ Hamilton, don’t worry about missing me, I ain’t going nowhere. 😅

Can you talk through what you do with your scraps and waste? It seems like most of your projects are pretty centered on a board. Do you do anything to mitigate that or are you just not worried about it too much?
