Easy Coconut Burfi/Barfi | മൂന്നേ മൂന്നു ചേരുവകൾ കൊണ്ട് ഒരു അടിപൊളി തേങ്ങാ ബർഫി |Diwali Spe Ep :883

മൂന്നേ മൂന്നു ചേരുവകൾ കൊണ്ട് ഒരു അടിപൊളി ദീപാവലി മധുരം ഉണ്ടാക്കാം
Ingredients
Grated Coconut -2 cup
Sugar - 1 1/4 cup
Water -1/4 cup
Method
Take only the white part of the pulp of the coconut. Grated coconut we need around 2 cups. Do not finely chop the coconut too fine. Take a heavy bottomed kadai. Add sugar and little water. On medium flame dissolve the sugar. Add a pinch of salt. Keep a setting tray greased well ready. Add the grated coconut to the sugar . it will take some time to cook coconut. The water has to be fully dried up. Taste the sugar. Adjust the sugar accordingly. If you want some cashew nut fried you can add that too. When we mould it , it should be able to roll. It takes around 17 mins to get sorted.it should easily fall into the bowl. Set the coconut mix in the setting tray. Let it cool down. Then cover it with butter paper. After 1 hour we can cut the pieces to our desired shapes.
