Your oven is a bit different than mine, my roast option has convection, super convection or regular. I did not have that pan, and typically would not cover my hens as the cook in a regular big oven. I do not know what todo here, I feel asI am wasting and ruining more recipes. I am not using the air fry option just the roast, and it is preset at 350, convection, 1 hour… my oven is blue, and I believe it is a smart oven pro…Model BOV860 it has 11 functions. Can not find a cook book for it that targets anything but air frying…so here goes again an attempt at something that I normally do well on, fingers crossed. If anyone has any recipes or advice on how an already great cook can use new devices, with new technologies, please reach out to me. Right now, I. Hi, I just ordered the Breville Smart Oven Pro, and after watching your video, also ordered the roasting pan from which you cooked those tasty looking cornish hens! It looks like it would also be my go-to for roast beef and pork in the Breville, but i'm wondering if you have also used the roaster to make lasagna and casseroles? Christina
