I think here in the States, hash as a dish has mostly evolved into breakfast skillets; cubed potatoes are fried up with onions, bell peppers, and sausages and served with eggs, cheddar, crumbled streaky bacon, and hot sauce. From your recipe I usually substitute the corned beef with chopped up Polish sausages and add mushrooms, bell peppers, and chili peppers to mine.

You're not far off on that on your origin story. At least, as far as I understood it. Great video as always!

I ilke my onions chopped up a bit more than that, but it doesn't matter. I would 100% eat this. My mouth is watering. (I might throw the leftovers in a tortilla the next day for a corned beef hash taco.)

Yeah, the onions were a little chunky 😁 Tacos with the leftovers…genius! 🌮

On the "educational" bit, I was bracing for something like accidentally hitting the pan handle and throwing it on the floor or something
