so when u do three double crochet stitches in one stitch on the 2nd row. you do three stitches on the 2nd stitch. Hope its not to confusing if so then ill try to re-explain.

Hi Yolanda. I love this pattern however, I get a little confused when you get into the 2nd through 7th rounds. You say to dc in every stitch to stitch marker and I do that. What I am wondering is after crocheting the three dc in the stitch where the stitch marker is, do we dc in the stitch right next to the original set of three dc crochets. I have found that the the numbers aren't matching up from one dc to the next. Hmmm, just confused.

Yes, you can make it for both boys and girl just change the buttons to the side for a boy. For girls the buttons go on the left front. For boys it goes on the right front. Should fit about 3-6 months.

It didn't work for me. I was following you step by step and my result was awful. My edges wasn't straight at all and front was completely messed up and I it always happen that I have too many or too little loops, can't understand why. I'm only a beginner though, I guess I should keep practising more :)
