The strap was so easy and beautiful ( it holds the weight of the phone really well) but the rest of the bag is definitely not for Beginners...i tried many times but in the end I ended up choosing a different project for the bag and then I attached this strap to it❤

May I ask where you can buy milk cotton yarn? I have found cotton yarn and mercerized cotton yarn but am unfamiliar with milk cotton yarn. Can you or anyone help explain?

Honestly I would not purchase yarns off of temu. I understand it can be cheap but you should be warned that temu products contain lead, cadmium and mercury. You cannot be certain without testing that it's safe to handle. For this pattern I recommend using the cotton from the dollar tree as a cheap alternative. It's by the premium brand and comes in many colors. Another cheap alternative is Walmarts brand of cotton called peaches and cream. Both are great yarn and will work perfect from most cotton crochet patterns

I don't think you should be so hard on yourself. Just recently I was watching a daytime talk show and this woman and her cousin inherited her grandmother's bag closet. She said her grandmother had four bag closets. One for each season and they were all replica bags purchased from luxrul .
