Looks absolutely stunning. I have a couple of BLACK plastic pots. I want to decoupage them. I have a couple of napkins that are blue in the background, some of them white. What color acrylic should I paint the pots with for the first coat? Please advise.

Hi love your videos ..am going to start decoupage ..on plastic .. just to confirm for plastic we can use a primer like gesso or chalk paint if we want an opaque finish other wise modge podge will do right ? Does the same apply for glass thx
@GrowingCraft4 жыл бұрын
Hie.. For decoupage always use gesso for base work and then you can use any mediums.. Thanks 🤗 SUBSCRIBE kzbin.info WEBSITE www.growingcraft.com FOLLOW instagram.com/growingcraft1/ JOIN facebook.com/groups/growingcraft

For my 1st project I used dark blue acrylic paint as base colour. After 3 days of drying I applied modge podge, then stuck the tissues. But here and there the acrylic paint came on my tissue. Felt sad. Pls help.

Ofcourse decoupage napkins can easily adsorb dark colors Try using varnish before that, Thanks! Craft Supplies - growingcraft.com/ Soniya Agarwal
