i thought the same exact thing! when she was moving the brush on the small vessel so quickly it didn't splatter on her shirt. Isn't that dumb that we thought of that instead of paying attention to her instructions? too funny

Trying this today. Using all the vases my hubby has given me throughout the years for Valentines. I was never able to throw those away because they were meaningful gifts, I just kept them in a cabinet. Now I get to transform them and actually display them! ❤️

I like your calm, nice voice & how you showed how to be patient with the project. I like to finish the bottom of my vessels, but only because they are for re-sale. Also, sometimes, to save time & paint, I find that caulking sticks well to glass & you only need a thin coat to get instant bumps & grooves. I look forward to more of your videos.

I achieved a similar effect with a large Martinelli's Apple cider jug by painting the glass with off-white acrylic craft paint then sponging and wiping off gold acrylic craft paint afterwards. I finished it with adding sisal to the jug's neck. It turned out better than I expected. 🙂

I've done the baking soda mixed with paint, but not with the added spackle. Love that look better so will try on my next vessel. Also, I did a diy using dirt in place of coffee grounds then sprayed a matte finish over each vessel and they turned out very pretty. I had just bought some coffee grounds to try using on my next project and now that I've seen it done, I know it will work and I love it much better.
