How did you attached the smaller balloon bundles? Did you rubber bank them to the bigger balloons?

Twist two pairs of balloons together fist then use rubber band.

@@kianekeo4644 that was so she can tie the 260q balloons (the long white skinny balloons) from top to bottom (neck of big balloon) so she’s able to put first layer of balloons.

put a small ball of balloons inside the big balloon, grab the small ball from outside to tie the 260Q balloons on outside. using 260Q balloons as rubber band to insert those pair of small balloons to fill all the surface and using glue dots to add more small balloons on top
