Hi Elizabeth. The hardware is called baseplates, uprights, crossbars, & draping. The size for building the skeleton in this video was 360 linear feet of draping. So that is 36 sections of 10' draping. In each section, we recommend (4) pieces of draping. So we used a total of 144 pieces of draping. The type of fabric used is approximately 25ft long by 9ft wide poly silk draping. It is available for rental at this link shipour.wedding/rentals/drapery/25-short-swags/

If it is a large 8ft zip up garland like this one shipour.wedding/rentals/flower-garlands/silk-wedding-roses/, then you just hang it over the top. If it is a smaller thin garland, then either use zip ties or safety pins. We might make a video on how to create this for a more permanent rental solution!
