the ROG symbol looks like an eye, so we call that symbol as “ eye of shopaholic” but ROG is having few high performance but cheaper products compared to it’s competitors, so ROG got a new name as “ eye of money saving” housekeeping eye is just mistranslation of eye of money saving

Same here I reported it with them and they sent my one over night and got to me less then two weeks so I subject you do that because I know it's lost in one of those containers in L.A so we won't see that forever and some

Hi What about the temperature? Is the Ally really a bit cooler with that cover? And how do you customize the RGB covers?

It does run a little cooler. JSAUX has a tutorial video on their KZbin on how to do your own custom designs.

mine doesn't turn on anymore after a few weeks. I'm disappointed, I emailed Jsaux and no response

@mahelnapo8385 I've found the best way to contact them is to use the chat icon. It is on the bottom right hand if browsing from a phone. Put in your information, and they will reach back to the email you provided.
