EASY DIY SHAWARMA RECIPE | PokLee Cooking

Sa mga nagc-crave diyan ng Shawarma, alam niyo ba na pwedeng pwede niyong gawin ito sa inyong mga tahanan? Syempre gagawin natin na sarili natin ito no, kung baga #MamangsVersion of shawarma. Hindi man katulad na katulad nung mga nabibili natin, pero kasing sarap pa din. Pati po ang pita bread at ang sauce ay kayang-kaya nating gawin! Perfect ito para sa meryenda ng pamilya, at kayo na po ang bahala kung gusto niyo dagdagan ng konti pang anghang o walang anghang at all! Yun ang kinaganda ng recipe natin dahil pwede din kayong gumawa ng sarili niyong version! Lagi po kayong mag-iingat sa panahon natin ngayon na talaga pong laganap ang virus at kung pwede po na mag #stayathome na lang muna para safe ang pamilya, mas maigi po yun. Maraming salamat din po sa ating mga frontliners at workers na patuloy na tumutulong sa ating lahat.

This is #MamangsVersion of the classic shawarma and though it's not exactly the same as the ones that you buy in the store or kiosks, you can still recreate this in your own kitchen! This is perfect for merienda with the whole family and you can add more spice or take out the spice at all, it really depends on your preference. That's the beauty of making your own version. mamang poks try this: for the sauce tahina,garlic lemon,cumin powder(optional)water for the marination chicken strips lemon,garlic,lemon or kalamansi ,white venegar oil leave the chicken for 1 hour tapos sa kawali lagay mo lng ung manok,mix mo lang hanggat maubos ang tubig nya mag brown ng kunti yng manok then pita bread lagay mo slice onion manok,tomatoe,lettuce,chop parsley tapos tahini sauce napakadali lang po...may shwarma ka na
