EASY DIY SOLAR WATER FOUNTAIN ON A BUDGET

I have spent a lot of money through the years on waterfountian vessels and electric pumps whereas both shortly start having issues. I no longer will purchase such, I resorted to nice looking plastic pots (Home Depot/Lowes) and solar fountian pumps ( Amazon) WHAT A DIFFERENCE! Never going back to the old fountian ways AND I can now place fountians in the front and backyard without ugly extention cords:)

Are you sure of the size of hanging planter size ? I only see sizes 13 inch at lowes

Tried both ..didn't like either. Going with electric pump with an auto off if water gets too low

Absolutely agree. No sun, no fountain. Also electric are more powerful and stable.

I purchased a solar fountian pump that charged enough during the sunny day that it continued to work through the majority of the night, beyond hours after I fall asleep. I wanted to see the working g fountian from my bedroom as I go to sleep. Also, not all areas are condusive to support electric pumps unless you have extention cords which is something I do not want to see or deal with.

Good for ducks though, so it balances out.

Humming birds deal with lakes, rivers and predators, not sure how this fountian is specifically dangerous for them?

No reason for people to have to watch you wipe the silicone off.
