You guys must of taken classes at one time on making content and editing. Fun, good entertainment, humorous and informative. By the way from my experience with boats if you attach anything to the pool be careful of the disimular metal thing if you use screws or bolts. Stainless will react with steel causing a corrosion point.

Before you set the gaskets fully in place, get some vaseline and coat both sides. It will preserve the rubber for a long time!

@ALittleBitUnhitched2 жыл бұрын
Great question! We haven’t done this yet, but our current plan is to stop adding chlorine a month before we would ever need to drain it but keep the pump functioning as normal for that duration. We do our best to not go overkill on chemicals the way it is. Best of luck with the project Lau!

@ALittleBitUnhitched Жыл бұрын
Hey Andrew, we are on county land where there are no specific restrictions against it, so we’ve been able to hide in broad daylight. Many city regulations do prohibit it so we focused our search outside city borders. Always take into account the cost to install utilities if you are considering vacant land. Other than that… maybe plant some fast growing trees? Good luck! 😎

Really like the simplistic pool, I wanted to add some insight. Your pool is very small you might only need to run your pump for five to six hours. Three things that you need to worry about your water is alkalinity, PH and Chlorine. You keep those within the recommendation you’ll be good. Also get a small nylon brush that keeps the algae from forming. Also saw this skimmer which is awesome to pick up any debris kzbin.infoQhaVMJ66KME?feature=share Take care and good luck with your projects.
@ALittleBitUnhitched Жыл бұрын
Thanks for the great insight!
@greghanson58642 жыл бұрын
The pool is the reference point. That which comes into the pool comes through the “inlet”. That which leaves the pool is going out, ergo it must leave through the “outlet”. OK, who won that one?
@ALittleBitUnhitched2 жыл бұрын
You won that one Greg! Thanks for clearing it up for Sam. Sometimes it takes him a little while… but that’s why we love him! 😂
@sjcampbl2 жыл бұрын
So you have to add muriatic acid to reduce the ph. But, you also have to add baking soda (sodium bicarbonate, or whatever) to raise the alkalinity. This has the side effect of raising the ph, so you have to add more acid. I don’t get it. Maybe that’s just my pool. Lol. Have fun!
@ALittleBitUnhitched2 жыл бұрын
Sounds like a great science experiment if you ask me. I made Sam sit out in the pool for 4 hours to test the water…and he didn’t break out in a rash… so we must be doing something right. 😂 Thanks for the great comment as always Shawn. Have a great week!
