Correct, Ellen Crimi's video is dated Mar 6, 2021 and Becca's video is Jul 15, 2022. KZbin actually recommends Ellen's video when we click on this video. The terms they use are "inspired by" / "recreate" because they don't want to say copied. A quick look at KZbin's recommendations and we can see that all "artists" are copying - even Jazza has copied, but he mentions the channels he was "inspired by".
