@@hoodboykhan8003 a lineman is the guys that build and repair power lines. When you have power outages usually a line in down and they are the ones that go find the problem and fix it .

Do you have any tips on how to smudge the it e clouds? My clouds don’t really look that good

maybe try to use a textured watered brush with the smudge tool? You can also add a gaussian blur or motion blur to them
