Why not use the instant pot as a double boiler for the butter & chocolate? Saves the fuss of microwave “bursts” and you start the Instant Pot with hot water which should help it get to pressure faster. Unless there’s something I’m missing...?

Made this tonight and it turned out super yummy!! Only thing I had to adjust was the time. I put 2 ramekins in for 10 min and while one came out fine, the other was way under cooked. It was no big deal though - I put it back in for 4 minutes on its own and it cooked up just fine. The recipe made enough for 3 of my ramekins so I am currently cooking the 3rd one for 12 min. Hoping that one comes out perfect!
