you can slow it down in the speed tool, that helps you know. Not perfect but better than the actual speed of the video

Nice, but would be nice if the outline of the shape would be done slower with explanation, maybe do a super slow for TRUE beginners no stitching or sewing experience.

Wonderful, amazing ideas and techniques but Alas, it is waaayyyy tooooo fast for me to do any of these stitches. Even trying to re-watch it and re-watch it is still too fast for me. Can you make other videos with slowing the process down and audio?!?! Please!!!!!

You can slow down the playback speed to .25. Click on the GEARS ICON At the bottom right of the video and a pop up menu will appear. Select Playback speed and then select .25
