You can create your own materials Steve and it is pretty easy.

Hi Steve, yes you can add your own pricing to each item and save it for next time, you can also update your pricing when price increases occur.

I live in Bermuda where we have our very own lapped slate limestone roof profile. Can you input data in the software that will generate this roof type? We also do scalloped gables. Does this program have a variety of gable styles? And we also do decorative eave /soffit molding. Will I get that or can it be programmed into the software by the user?

Also, how does this software work with interior renovation projects in terms of quantity take offs? Is it has easy as setting all existing construction outside job scope to $0.00 and all new build with cost data inputs?

The material list and a cost breakdown is one click at approximately 24 minutes, it gives you a cut list and you can associate a price per unit measure with material and labour.

There are 2 versions, PlusDesignBuild which is the full version and Plusspec pro which is the Architects and designers version. @plusspec

All of the tutorials are built in, so if you use a particular tool it has orange markers, click those and they show you what each particular tool does, if you click the orange question mark it will take you to a series of videos. Most learn very quickly.
