MissGlamBAM if something is cosmetic grade and it shouldn't go on your eye but should go very close, it's not good enough quality for your cheek. If you feel it's safe to put near your eye (on your cheek) where it could flick off into your eye, or get in your nose if you tap the brush, then you should trust it on your eye. Perhaps not smudged out right on the lower lash line- but still! I've always used bronzer as a crease color and never had a problem! It's a cosmetic powder all the same!(-:

Certain pigments are not approved to be near the eye (like some reds). With that being said, many people still use them that way. The problem is that they are more prone to cause a reaction since the skin near the eye and eyelid is so thin. I would suggest testing a little without a primer on your eye while spending a day at home. That way you can leave it on long enough to know if you'll have a reaction and can wash it off if need be. You can also put some behind your ear or the crease of your elbow to patch test.

I swatched the palette in the store and let me tell you, I wanted to love it but I just couldn't....everything was so patchy and chalky that I just couldn't justify spending so much money on it. I do know if you wet your brushes it does help with pigmentation, but you shouldn't have to go all out for a product that's so expensive (in my opinion). Also, it might be Too Faced's fault but if I was Nikki, I wouldn't want my name on a product I'm not happy with or doesn't make my fans happy.
