Love your meals. I tend to buy the food needed for a meal plan so no chance to chuck bits togethere. This is mainly due to a small kitchen/fridge etc

The curry looks so good!!! I love your style of cooking! I wish I had your confidence throwing things together like that! We had some lamb kebabs from Asda that were reduced & they were so tasty! Grrat meals as always vicki. I do nit like takeaway doner kebabs but i make my own following your recipe & it always turns out well & not a drop of fat / grease in sight , we had done in rhe freezer ( made it a few weeks ago ) so we had it last week, so nice. Lasagne is 1 of my favourites i was going to make 1 yesterday as took pork mince out freezer but no lasagne sheets left & no milk left to make a white sauce (we went away for few days got back monday night ) so food shopping today as normal . So with the mince i made pork apple crispy onion & sage burgers. Had few veggies left so did roasted carrot & courgette with balsamic glaze, & skin on potato & red onion gratin. All turned out really tasty & a nice meal with what i had left. I know it does get hard thinking what to cook everyday for dinner, you have 5 of you to think about, theres only 2 of us, & especially when 1 likes 1 thing byt the other dosent. My husband loves indian curries but im not so keen i have to really fancy 1, i havent made 1 for a while now so i think he might want 1!! Toniggt its a throw together tea, few things i want to use up ( even tho im shopping later) im.doing a ham, cheese & marmite croissabt savoury pudding. Got pack ham out freezer & bag of croissants ( individually wrapped ones) to use up. Just need eggs 🥚 from food shop. Quick cheap & easy. Ginna have it with roast tomatos & peas , just another idea for you vicki. By the way i do like the shoe horn kitchen utensil you use where did u get it from?

The savoury pudding sounds so good! I’ve never heard of that. Ha ha the spoon is part of a Joseph Joseph carousel set I’ve had for years. It’s definitely old but I love it 😂

Iv been doing a similar meal to your last one however I use the lamb minted kebabs and also I highly reccomend using the whipped feta and mint dip from sainsburys as the base with the salad- insanely delicious.
