Making "Kathy Scramble" is a regular breakfast staple for camping. My son-in-law named it "Kathy Scramble" over 30 years ago. We are still feeding it to grandkids and now great-grandchildren.😊

I loved this,and the kids crafts were a wonderful idea. Everyone likes to make crafts and it's so important for them and you. For them it is a memory of sitting with their brothers and bond building. Let me just say, Y'all are way too cute. I Love watching you and your family. Your sons are so sweet, but the baby one is just a lil sweetie pie. Thank You for showing them making the corn, I think I am going to do that with our youngest Grand, he is 3 and I think he would enjoy that. Also I have watched you make freezer meals, well yesterday i made a big slow cooker full of baked beans, Girl I used dry beans, soaked them, the whole cook from scratch thing. They are so good. Your breakfast scramble is called a "trash pile" here in Texas. I make them all the time, but usually with bacon or sausage. Going to try it with ham next time! Oh, yes, ketchup on the trash pile is a great combo! Loved the fall decoration creations, and the corn was absolutely the bomb! So very creative. Love your boys, they are so precious! almost the same as coke/pepsi and milk, yum. if you ever have an upset tummy, this really works, FYI to those who are reading, this taste just like the bottome of a coke float, after the ice cream melts and you have that mixture at the bottom, well that is this, PS, l drank this daily with my first pregnancy. l had to have it all the time. Saying all of that, l am going to try the caulifower rice and spam. looked good. Oh and Brooke love how you said you never had ketchup with scrambled eggs, thats the only way l can eat my egg,, ketchup or chili sauce is the only way to go.

I always think Ryder reminds me of my almost 19 year old son Jacob and then you said the thing about the dinosaurs and I was like oh my gosh that is my Jacob. He used to walk around acting like a T-rex with his arms pulled back & his neck held out all the time. My boys bedroom had Dino murals up and I painted palm trees around the room. He can still name them all & he still loves them and are the only toys he won’t let me get rid of. 🦕 🦖 ❤AND I love the Indian corn craft. I’m going to do those with my girls church group this year.

I just found your channel and I am a fan! You all are the sweetest family. It's so nice seeing a family together doing activities, cooking and spending quality time together, don't see that too much these days. A big kudos to Mom who is one woman in a family of guys, can't be easy. You can see Mom and Dad are doing a great job because the boys are respectful and sweet. I love your creative recipes, many I must try. It truly reminds me of how it was in our house growing up. We had five kids and whatever Mom made we ate. Our friends were always hanging out at our house and like us Mom seemed to whip up treats and food for all of us out of nothing. It was tough feeding all of us but Mom did it on a shoe string budget and a prayer. Most of the time it was nothing fancy but it was good, filled us up and made with love. I also like how you get the boys opinion on your dishes. Seeing their reaction after tasting is precious. And when your little one does his pretend fainting and falls to the floor, it is so adorable. Hi Brooke, so I suggested the Indian Corn craft (by going out and buying some pipe cleaners and beads) to my son who is the 4-H leader for the Cloverbud kids {the little 4-Hers (youngest ones)} in his kids' 4-H club. My son really liked the idea. So, last night we went to the 4-H meeting and the little ones made the Indian Corn. It was a big hit! Thanks so much. What a great idea!!
