I thought I was in for some super complicated measuring & cutting situation but you made this gorgeous & complicated looking card into an easy peasy lesson. Thanks so much! Love all of the cards. ❤

Love them. Simple but effective. Really liked the last colourful one but didn't quite get how you did it because of using different lapers & not one sheet. Would be grateful for explanation. Thank you
@judyspapercrafts7047 Жыл бұрын
Hi, thanks for your question! I took a piece of Basic White (although you could use any colour cardstock) that measured 4” x 5.25”. I started by adding a square of cardstock that measured 1.75” x 1.75” to the middle. Then I added the 1/4” black strips starting in the upper right and continued adding clockwise. The DSP was just cut approximate size and added. I didn’t worry too much about the fact that it didn’t fit very well as I trimmed it off the edges when completed. Actually I think I just used the whole 6” x 6” piece of DSP and trimmed it off after it was glued on. I put the glue on the Basic White piece rather than the DSP. I hope that helps. If you need more explanation, let me know. Oh, then I glued that piece of Basic White to the Basic Black card base.
