This is such a beautiful arrangement. I love the tip of putting two of the smaller flowers grouped together, and I never thought of using a lazy Susan to rotate the piece easily. Thanks for sharing this with all of us!

Ramon, that is beautiful! I loved it when it was just green before you even put the flowers in! So last night I worked on the flower arrangement for my coffee table. Here is what I learned. I did a really good job greening the container and I was very happy with it. The flowers were actually going to be a multitude of pinks and yellows and whites with a little bit of lavender so that they could go through from spring straight through till summer because I will not change this arrangement until fall. So I started working on it and I did what you said. I put them in ones, twos and threes and I kept rotating the container and at some point I just got lost in the flowers. It took me a while and the arrangement came out certainly acceptable, not like one of yours but acceptable for me. What did not work out was the fact that there were just too many flowers in it. So I kept looking at it and I looked at your videos and I realize that the rookie problem that I made was I have two large containers of greenery and I have three large containers of nothing but flowers. I was trying to work out of the containers. That was totally wrong. You always choose a limited number of flowers in each arrangement and you put those in and that’s why yours are not too flowery like mine was. So today I am making a blooming lamp. Basically what a blooming lamp is, is you find a medium size lamp and something you can use for a base for it like an urn and you secure the lamp in the base and then you start greening the container after you filled it with foam. The flowers go up toward the bottom of the shade and they go down toward the bottom of the pot that you put them in it comes out as a beautiful summery light. So today I am actually going to take out a limited number of pieces parts and work with those and see if I can’t get a better output. It is the small things that can make or break your flowers. I am so grateful that you’ve done the same thing and done it in a truly teaching manner (over and over again) so that we can learn. Thank you so much for everything you do!
