mrsb_21 thank you! I wouldn't call myself a "low fat" cook at all, but I do enjoy good food, as long as I can make it quickly. I don't have time to be in the kitchen for hours. I appreciate your kind words & I truly do these videos to help and inspire others :)

I do hope you continue making these cooking type videos when time permits. I like how quick and easy the meals are and that you used help from the store. I need these type of videos! I don't have time for everything from scratch!

Kerry Scott Thank you! I live by quick and easy meals! When it comes to baking cakes, cupcakes, cookies etc I always take help from the store. I don't like to bake from scratch because I'm not good at it, so I use the good old boxed mixes which are delicious. I appreciate your comment!

Oooooh! This all looks so good...the pasta salad looks so bright, and the muffins are so pretty, but the bacon egg cups look amazing! Putting that on the list for next week...yum!
