Hey coach, in all of your hits, at contact your hitting shoulder is behind your non-hitting shoulder, shouldn't you be more square to the net or even having the hitting shoulder aread like the pros?

Hi Henry, thanks for the question. This orientation will depend on the stance. In this example, we are in a neutral stance, (feet more or less parallel to the doubles alley)… but in a semi open or open stance, you’re right! Most importantly, this is a feeling you have to experience… once you feel it, you’ve got it. Thanks for your question and watching!

My biggest challenge is mental, how to stay calm and cool and confident when other player is on a roll. I start to get rattled and miss shots that normally I can hit.
