Really enjoy your food-oriented videos. You got me started on the Korean brands of Ramen and lucky for me I have an H Mart nearby to satisfy that hunger. I used to walk past that section for the other foods they have. Now you're upping the game, excellent. It's no wonder you guys are so skinny; I'd chow that whole bowl down myself.

Ok, Walt, I usually eat the whole bowl too, but I felt like I should share it with my friend.

I do like "Fried rice". How did you know how to cook "볶음밥"? It's very interesting and funny. In your cooking process, after frying the egg, put all the ingredients in the frying pan to one side, add a spoonful of soy sauce over high heat, let half of the steam evaporate, then immediately fry the ingredients in the frying pan over medium heat, then add rice and stir-fry. It's more delicious. Have a good day!!

I worked for AT&T International in Korea for 6 years. I'm married Korean for over 40 years plus took a 한국어코수 at Korean Herald 신문 . I've eaten and watched my wife make many Korean dishes. I don't know exactly why she doesn't use soy sauce or fish juice, so I've learned to eat it without those ingredients. Your method seems more precise than mine.
