Thank you. I finally gave in and tried this, but with only one small change. My reflex and mercy was not good enough to get the resistance necessary on Wixwell so I used Oella instead of hellborn. Worked pretty well and helps a little with that 3% to have increase resistance in the team.

also.. my hot tip: dont put Emic in protection. I was wondering why it didnt work, but he kept protecting the shield buff so it could not get stolen 😁

Tatura is a tricky one, I could make it work with following preset: A2 prio (or just enabled because it will actually be the only one), A3 opener but disabled. You need to start with the Veil and have it extended the whole run because if you place it again you will be feared by that head. Thats were Duchess is better, she places the veil without aoe so she doesnt hit it like Tatura. Both dont place veil on thereselves. And thats ok as long as you dont hit the fear head.

I’m so happy to say I finally got this to work on brutal! I opened up nightmare hydra for my clan today :). I’ll try the team on nightmare next week and see if my stats hold. Please don’t tell me this is getting nerfed though 😢 It’s hard enough to do that they should leave it.

Got this working, thanks Bronco. Weird quirk though - mischief somehow stole intercept only. Annoying because he kept trying (unsuccessfully) to spread it which means his A2 was always going on cool down. Made timing very difficult especially with egg out there too. Got lucky though. Was that a bug? How could mischief get just intercept?

Great setup but something weird happen, in turn 100 nia use reset in other champ, no clue why…because all are protected!! Maybe something with the hp because some of the champs loses max hp.

How does the number of shield sets change the comp? Whats the difference between one or two shielsets?

The shield sets add up, making it bigger

The more shield sets your have on your team, the higher value the 1st shield will be (at start of the fight). That's means, Wixwell will add more shield each time he is using A2 (percentage of your actual shield value). If you begin with much more shield value, Wixwell already boost that shield by a large amount and it will overpass the dmg Hydra will inflict to your champ way easier and way sooner in the fight (so less Defense needed if your have more shield sets in the end).

In the comp with Duchess, you mentioned you couldn't use Mikage because she brings 2 buffs, but with one buff being the increased attack, wouldn't it just overwrite the existing buff meaning she really only brings 1 buff?

If the Mark of Hydra is on the champ with Taunt, it will still get eaten. Make someone else have higher crit damage than the champ that taunts, so that other champ will get the Mark first. Then the champ with taunt will prevent the marked champ from being eaten.

Hi there, I dont have duchess or Tatura I use rector drath instead and equipped immunity/4feral set on Emic and Nia. Works wonders for me 2.6b damage on last run.

you can still auto with loki just needs a few minutes of manual setup which is not bad. Also krisk not needed at all these days

He uses helborn sprite, with one buff, he gets gets everyone to nine buffs except emic has ten buffs. Then when he hits the turn number he wants he lets helborn place her buff that bring everyone to ten buffs making it to where the mischief head can target other champs to steal buffs.

on tatura u need turn off his perfect vail aoe skill ( but use it on the beginning ) and click another head or tatura get fear and nia uses cleans reset a2 on tatura to cleanse
