I have many large leaf hydrangeas that I thought about moving. I was a little nervous to move them. I was afraid they wouldn’t live. Your garden looks awesome and that’s a lot of work for one person to do. Beautiful!!!

Since you asked for our opinion. I would move the small hydrangea, then put the hose box under the window. Then I would plant another Limelight Hydrangea that would be as tall as the others. You would still be able to get to the spigot if you needed. Love the boarder and how you did lay them. I would have gave up on the level as well lol. Can't wait to see what's next!!

The more concrete I used the more I had to keep pounding and resetting my bricks. Mines are a little bit off too but it looks great to me and my family. If I show it without pointing out the levelness no one would ever know. So pat yourself on the back you did a great job.

This looks great. Bad thing..... that gorgeous thick lush mulch will break down into soil. It will weigh down the landscape fabric and you will have grass growing on top.... yes you will eventually have to weed this area as well. And the n it will be a giant pain when you have to pull up that landscape fabric. This is a battle we just fought when we purchased our home. If you would like a suggestion.... cardboard does just as good a job and it breaks down along with the mulch
@frenchweewee4444
@frenchweewee4444 3 жыл бұрын
@@cheechee7890 Agree that thin landscape fabric is a waste of money. You need the professional kind they use in green houses or you find in seed stores. Cardboard & thick layers of newspaper work very good as well.

There is nothing like the feeling of getting a bed done and mulched! I love what you've done! Yeah move that endless summer and get a little lime or maybe a Bobo Hydrangea that one truly will stay just under that window. I have an Endless summer variety like that too and it just does its own thing and its frustrating its wilted half the day from the sun then comes back up later and its just morning sun. I get about three blooms too.. I have the newer Bloomstruck variety too and they have so many repeat blooms so I'm adding more of those to replace the Endless summer. They are tougher and don't wilt as bad.

Nice job. I know it takes a lot of effort to do the job and film it. My comments are not personal. I would use half the concrete and a level front to back and side to side. It’s just to stabilize, not to start a new house foundation. I always cover my dreads with a dread doo rag to keep out chemicals insects pollen Etc. Wear a mask, not a respirator, just a mask because your lungs matter. Keeps your lungs safe from all the dust. ESP the concrete dust. Invest in a good quality set of knee pads. I never start anything around the house without them. You’ll see once you have them you won’t want to be without them. Get yourself some good gloves. They are also invaluable once you realize the benefits. Lastly GREAT JOB. if you were my daughter I’d take you to lunch.

I'm gonna attempt to do this boarder. This yr (2021) placed a two layer, smaller stone boarder around the front flower bed. I want to do the side yard with concrete the way you did. My biggest hurdle is that my entire yard slopes towards the back and/or one side. Trying to get it level is gonna be a HUGE challenge but thanks to you, imma try it. Great video 👏🏾

You did a great job. This is what I want done in my backyard but I don't want to do it. I had 3 small start up landscapers come out and none of them has called me with an estimate so maybe I will do it myself after watching you. I would remove the Endless hydrangea. It looks out of place. I have an endless summer in the front of my house and I have never had more than 8 blooms but this year oh my goodness over 30 blooms. I can't stop looking at it😁

I feel that you would be the best person to answer this question I just purchased one of those elechomes top filled humidifiers that you advertised come to find out that they just have an email for their customer service now this puzzles me because leviot has an toll free number where you can call in and talk to an real person and their humidifiers cost less than elechomes I mean for a company that is asking an 100 dollars a whop for their product this email for customer support just doesn't stand up with that said how's your elechomes humidifier standing up has it given you any problems please reply

Kreatyve Laydiiee it appears you like uniformity. I say stick with uniformity. If you want a pop of color add some large potted plants. If you do that and aren’t married to the pop of color, you just move the pot.😉 No matter what you decide. Your garden is lovely. Unlike my mass of potted mess. 🤞🏽 for change.🤣
