Great video. I have noticed that the extrude in the "Front" is at the same level from both sides. However, if you switch the view to "Right" or "Left" you would notice that the end part is not at the same level as the start part. I was wondering how can someone (probably from GH) fix it. Making sure the extrude is not to the boundary of the surface, but is at the same level of the start

Edit: One way that is possible is have the points come down more, after extrusion and baking it, create a simple box that has the same level and subtract (difference subtract) the part to make sure the bottom legs are all at the same level

Truly amazing video! Does anybody know how you would go about manufacturing something like this?

You can move the geometry into AutoCAD and segregate it at all different sections for individual panels and determine their dimensions, produce drawings afterwards. Based on those drawings it can be manufactured with ease.

You can export the model and all its segments as dwg and detail it pur before producing final drawings for the carpenter.
