The flowers are so beautiful that they should have a safety pin on the back and be used as brooches. Thanks again, for the inspiration.

Thank you for sharing ! I have been watching you since the early year of 2000, but have never had the nerve to make a junk journal. I love everything you do, so I’ve decided I’m going to do it before this month is over. I’m getting brave and I’m starting a junk journal. Thanks so much for all the wonderful advice and great idea’s.

Perfect timing!! I made some flowers this morning from coffee dyed coffee filters. But they’re pretty boring. But now I can add layers and have my filter flower be the base. People (my family! I’m mean who else will see it) are gonna think I’m so clever!! Thanks for having perfect timing! So cute!!♥️♥️♥️

Barbara, my flowers turned out so cute!! Lots of layers. No more boring flowers. I saved the buttons from these 2 shirts. So that’s gonna just add to them. Have to put them on tomorrow.

Loving this grungy flower, I too save those lemon, orange and onion nets. I thought I was the only one that saved them. Glad to know, I'm not the only one lol. xoxo

Me too. I like the soft (cotton?) ones best but even the plastic nets have uses. The oranges I buy have a red net on them that adds a wonderful hint of red to a collage.

Love these snacks. I save vegetables and fruit nets too! I use to get quizzical looks from family but when it is time to make a last minute greeting/ birthday card then it is an "aha" look moment. I have learned so much from you and others here. Thanks for all you share and teach. So glad you kept at it, you inspire me.😍

Thank you for this Barbara, I will be making a couple of these to go in a journal I have on the go. I’ve started collecting bags for a book of bags and I’ve managed to save a few from my hubby. I had a cute small brown bag - it went out in the few minutes that I was out of the room!! Oh well. Plenty more I hope but I do have a few to start with. Keep safe, love from England x

Most beautiful paper flower!! Love love love it!!! Have you noticed that your journal has tried to slowly run away while you made the stenciling? I am hoping that doesn't mean it has enough of your snacks - that would be a shame! The tag you've added is the one you've made for the junk journal tag challenge last year - it's the one Susanne had to imitate - do you remember?
@49dragonflies2 жыл бұрын
Thank you! ❤️ Hahaha yes the journal was trying to escape, but I’m not done with it 🙈😂. Oh yes, I remember now. I struggled with that one! 😃

Hi Barbara, Thanks for the lovely video. I'm very, very new to the junk journal world and a bit lost with all the journals and ephemera makes out there. Where do I start? How do I build a stash which I can use without landing in utter chaos and clutter? Should I start to make flowers, tags, tuck-spots, envelopes or all of them? I don't have a printer or a sowing machine. I would like to go step-by-step bu have no idea where to start. Can you help?
