Suzy you are a true blessing.. After watching this video I made a two weeks meal plan, wrote down what I needed and went to the market with the list and stuck to it. I could not imagine the savings I made. I used to go to the market and buy so many things that I thought I should buy and ended up throwing alot of them cos they would start rotting. Thanks again.will always have a meal plan to help save money

This is exactly how I do my meal plans, then I print out recipes for each meal so that I have my grocery shopping list done for the month. I rotate the weeks for each month and so I can use my meal plan for 3 months. I have not yet started to use it fully though, I have been REALLY busy 🤕 BUT this month I relieved my helper of her duties and so I am going to be more serious with using the meal plan! I noticed you cook for a month, we only cook for a week. BUT maybe one of these days I will try cooking for two weeks.

In my 40s now I often just wing it but this video has reinspired me especially on meal combinations AND reducing processed foods especially for breakfast!!! Uji or sweet potatoes was my staple, siku hizi ni mkate na mayai😩😩😩!! Asante sana for this. I love your attitude hapa 21:36 “I’ll hold my book up-side down because it’s my book...I can do with it what I want.” 😁 New subscriber here. Mufu🙂
