Everything about this is nearly perfect! The shower is the only 😳 factor. Edit: Since you asked… At several RV shows I stood in multiple RV, class B’s and other showers. I’m about 5’ 11” and just over 200 pounds, not a heavy wide body. Class B’s were a height issue, others like this, I tried to imagine showering, moving around etc., and most radius showers were scary, can’t reach, bend or whatever to get clean.

That pantry would be perfect for using one side as pantry and the other side as coat closet and broom storage. A nice rig but I would rather have a comfy reclining option rather than the dinette. That counter above the sink is enough dining space for just one or two folks.

First off, color palette is great, the floorplan is great, the kitchen is fantastic, the RV king is fantastic however the radius shower is a bummer and I wish there was a different option for the dinette table. I see way they can't do a floating one, but I just wish maybe a single pedestal. All in all, a winner.

I like the open floor plan. Its similar to our Gulfstream that's 23 ft and 7.5 ft wide. The corner radius shower is the only thing that I'm not in love with but not bc of the size. The double sliding doors aways manage to jump the tracks when the TT is in transit and fall into the shower walls or bathroom door. I have tried everyway to keep them in place but end up taking them off the track and lying them on the floor and secured with cord. Not happy about having to do that but its better than a broken door or gouged wall. Other than that this TT is a good concept.

An interesting idea. If I could build a variant of this one it would have a desk or dinesk instead of the dinette which might allow for more bathroom space depending on how it would affect the slide. I'd also go with a Murphy bed. Thanks for the tour, Uncle Josh! Edit: Also, ThAnKs mR. bLaInE!!!

I was thinking about the possibility of enlarging the bathroom and then you said it. It's dangerous to be on the same wavelength as I am Uncle Josh! I definitely prefer rectangular showers, but that's based only on stepping into various ones at shows. The bed storage is wonky, especially if you opt for a better mattress (which probably will be a bit heavier). My thought was that it would be nice if the panels in the end of the bed were drawers instead. No more lifting the bed! This is a nice floorplan. The dinette seems to me to be unusable for more than two adults. I'd rather have a conventional dinette. My wife and I play games and it would work better for us. This one probably belongs on the short list. Thanks for another outstanding video.

Generally like the floorplan, seen it before! Don't need a king bed and the curved shower looks tight. Downloaded the 2024 North Trail brochure, it's all of 4 pages long. This seems to be a trend, hard to get any information on RV's. Heartland is owned by Thor so quality and customer service will be a roll of the dice. Get an independent inspection and don't pay a dime to the seller until the issues are all sorted. Thank me later.

1) I know the knee knocker table is designed to hold the weight for the bed, but could one replace those table legs with the potable legs and still use it as a bed? Or would one have to swap the legs back and forth for that each time? Portable table would allow for more table room to eat or play card games on a rainy day. 2) Plastic bases for the table legs? Why?? With the weight as a bed, shouldn’t that be made out of metal??? 3) Is it possible to swap out the stairs with the flip type for cleaning prior to putting them away inside the unit? 4) Thanks Mr. Blaine!?!?! 5) Interior colors I could live with, but prefer different. Outside good. 6) Glad to see boon-dock campers. In case the you and the class didn’t know, September is National Emergency Preparedness Month. This is the time of year where FEMA, state and local emergency agencies educate the public on being prepared for a disaster or some type of an emergency. If you own an RV you have a leg up on most of the country should SHTF and you have to evacuate your home for some reason. Your RV will be your shelter. The rest of the public will be scrambling trying to find a hotel somewhere. With an RV, especially one like this one that is boon-dock friendly, you just drive until you find a safe camping site to sleep until the danger is over and you can return home. Something to consider when purchasing. 7) Professor Uncle Josh… perhaps an idea for a video would be to list a variety of RV’s (both towable’s and drivable’s) that would be excellent choices in regard to #6. 8) When it comes to preparing for disasters or emergencies, it takes planning ahead of time. Failing to have a plan in place will surely result in an even more chaotic situation. The Prep-per community has a saying… “Two is one, and one is none.” This means that you should always have a backup plan to your plans. If plan A doesn’t work out, plan B should. Without it, should your plan fail, it’s the same as having no plan at all. If you own any type of RV or tent even; make this part of your emergency preparedness planning and consider this when purchasing your RV’s. 9) Check out FEMA.org or Google emergency preparedness ideas to assist in your planning. I’m the President of my Village and every year I post daily postings during the month of September for the public to learn about preparedness. I can supply a link if anyone is interested. 10) Thank you for floor to address the class Professor 🧑🏫 37) Another fine video Uncle Josh. Tell the boss I said to give you a raise. 😂

They're both products from heartland or subsidiaries thereof but they're made by different groups. North Trail falls under Heartland's production directly while Shadow Cruiser comes from Cruiser RV Frame and suspension are basically the same. Shadow Cruiser doesn't use the laminated roofing and has gone to a 6'9" tall ceiling if I'm not mistaken which has added more space inside (especially for cabinets and the shower) while also making it much easier for them to match up things like trim pieces for a cleaner fit/finish They are actually far more similar than different in most ways
